  • 12 to 48 Hours in the Intoxicated Drivers Resource Center
  • 2 to 90 Days in the Mercer County Jail;
  • 30 Days of Community Service;
  • Ignition Interlock Device is mandatory

3rd or Subsequent Offense DUI in NJ:

  • Mandatory 8 Year Loss of License;
  • Up to a $1,000 Fine;
  • Mandatory 180 Days in the Mercer County Jail; 90 of which can be served in a Inpatient Rehab;
  • Up to 90 Days of Community Service;
  • Ignition Interlock Device during the license suspension.
