Warren Township, which is one of the larger townships in Somerset County certainly does deal with its fair share of driving while intoxicated offenses each and every year. One of the main reasons for that is because Interstate 78, which connects western New Jersey to New York City, cuts right through the township. Whether the individual was arrested and charged with DWI by the Warren Township Police Department or the New Jersey State Police, there case will be litigated in the Warren Township Municipal Court, which is located at 46 Mountain Boulevard. All DWI cases will be litigated in the Warren Township Municipal Court unless the individual was also charged with an indictable offenses, like assault by auto, eluding, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in serious bodily injury or death by auto.
