The Robbinsville Township Police Department was active last week, charging two different individuals with among other things, driving while intoxicated. However, a further investigation by the officers determined that he was driving while intoxicated. Provided this is the Defendant’s first DUI related incident, he will be facing a potential seven to twelve month loss of license on the refusing to submit a breath sample charge, plus a three month loss of license on the driving while intoxicated offense.
