2nd Offense DUI:
- A mandatory 1 to 2 year driver’s license loss will be imposed;

- A Defendant will be sentenced anywhere from 2 to 90 Days in the Monmouth County Jail.
- An insurance surcharge in the amount of $1,000 a year for three years will be imposed.
3rd Offense DWI:
- A mandatory 8 year driver’s license loss will be imposed;
- A mandatory $1,000 fine will be imposed;
- A Defendant will be sentenced to a mandatory 180 days in the Monmouth County Jail. However, 90 days of that sentence may be served in an inpatient rehabilitation center.
