- Fine anywhere from $200 to $500
- 12 to 48 hours in the Intoxicated Drivers Resource Center (IDRC)
- Potential 30 Days in the Monmouth County Jail
- Insurance Surcharges for $1,000 a year for three years
- Seven to twelve month Imposition of the Ignition Interlock Device;
- 2nd Offense Driving While Intoxicated:
